Perfect accommodations for one or two, this property offers a spacious bedroom, full bathroom with separate tub and shower, efficient but well stocked kitchen, and a balcony you'll never want to leave. Enjoy Gulf breezes and a view of the water to the west, all from your private covered deck. Walk to downtown just four blocks away for restaurants, shopping, museums and more. Bicycle friendly area so feel free to bring your own. Parking is on the quiet street only, no parking in the driveway. This property does require stairs and the owner lives full time in the downstairs portion of the house. Private washer and dryer on balcony for guest use. No pets please, due to owner allergies. Scent and allergy sensitive guests will appreciate the use of unscented laundry detergent and other soaps, as well as safe cleaning products. No room deodorizers here, just the natural sea air to bring you closer to nature! Owner prefers mature couples for this property, 55 and up please. Absolutely No Smoking in unit or on porch (including medical marijuana) is strictly prohibited. No pets allowed in the property and we reserve the right to charge $300 dollars per booking if evidence of pets is found. This is a converted attic space and the bathroom shower does have a lower sloped ceiling, guests taller than 6'1" may have difficulty.
