As you step onto the property, you'll be greeted by an inviting open deck off the living space and kitchen, where you can bask in the warm sun and enjoy the gentle breeze. The deck provides a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to fully embrace the natural beauty that surrounds you. Located just a short drive from downtown, this property offers the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Experience the charm of Cedar Key as you stroll through the quaint streets, browse the local shops, and savor the delicious seafood at the waterfront restaurants. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundant wildlife and birdwatching opportunities that await. Sit back and relax on the porch, overlooking the marsh, and witness the graceful flight of birds and the gentle movements of the marshland. The serene ambiance and breathtaking views create a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers alike. With its convenient location and serene surroundings, this property is the perfect choice for your next vacation. The home features plenty of boat/trailer parking. This home was not damaged by Hurricane Helene, but the yard and the dock were. The dock has been removed as a result. The landscaping, like most of Cedar Key, was stripped away by the storm and it will take some time for that to regrow. The house is in excellent condition, as always.
