This is a great spot for boating or fishing weekends, anniversary/birthday celebrations, quality family time and couples getaways. Walk anywhere in this pedestrian friendly town, take the local boat tour or bring your own, rent a golf cart to enjoy the island local style! Kayak launch is one short block west of this home for easy access.  MAXIMUM 3 cars. NO PARKING inside ropes or using fire pit on adjacent property.
 

Contact free check-in via coded lock makes check in/out a breeze.  The property managers are just a couple minutes away if you need anything at all. This is a non-smoking house. Not suitable for events or parties. Strict max of 7 people on site. Two vehicles max in driveway only, no parking on side lot. Fire pit and side lot is not for guest use. Rental agreement required for every booking, $300 security hold on credit card required.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
