Nestled against the backdrop of Florida’s nature coast, the Island Place is a romantic getaway showcasing the natural beauty and serenity of a secluded tropical isle. Our beautiful condos are located in Cedar Key directly on the Gulf of Mexico amid a true nature preserve, swaying palms and warm Gulf breezes. Renew the spirit and stir the soul in a paradise of tropical splendor.  Walk out your unit and you will find a pool located directly on the Gulf! Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a fun and exciting vacation destination, we will fill and exceed your expectations for comfort and location. The complex is designed to lend itself to the historical flavor of Cedar Key. We are next to the city marina, and just a few steps away from fine restaurants, shopping and grocery store. This is a pet friendly unit! Pet fee is as follows: Pet fee of $45 per night will be charged at booking or prior to check in, depending on which site you booked. $180 per week of after four nights or $420 per month. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please contact us immediately.  Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: There is no boat parking available onsite.  There is public boat parking available one block east or two blocks to the north across from the market. PLEASE NOTE: Our Pool is closed for chemical treatment on Monday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Grills are park style and at end of complex. Bring utensils, charcoal, grill brush and lighter fluid.
