Nestled against the backdrop of Florida’s nature coast, the Island Place is a romantic getaway showcasing the natural beauty and serenity of a secluded tropical isle. Our beautiful condos are located directly on the Gulf amid a true nature preserve, swaying palms and warm Gulf breezes. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a fun and exciting vacation destination, we will exceed your expectations for comfort and location.
We are next to the city marina, and just a few steps away from fine restaurants, shopping and grocery store. PLEASE NOTE: There is no boat parking available onsite. Public boat parking available 1 block east or 2 blocks north across from the market. PLEASE NOTE: Pool closed for chemical treatment  Mon&Thurs from 10am-3pm. Grills are park style and at end of complex. Bring utensils, charcoal, grill brush and lighter fluid.

For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
