Key Lime boasts cheery colors throughout remind you that you're on island time! Two king bedrooms each with private baths are perfect for two couples or families. The front bedroom features a private balcony facing south, just the spot for people watching and enjoying the glimpse of sunlight on the water across the street. Laundry facilities complete the first floor. Upstairs you'll find gleaming wood floors, plenty of dining seating, breakfast bar & cheery kitchen with useful storage. The upper balcony provides picturesque water views left & right as well as a good look at the downtown. Coffee never tasted so good as it does sitting on this porch! This block is known as the Sisters of Cedar Key, come enjoy time on the porch with great views of Cedar Key! Property also has a charcoal grill downstairs for convenient use.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.

A 3.5% Credit Card Fee will be Applied. Festivals and holidays are a three night minimum stay. Checkout at 10 am. Late Checkouts may be available with prior knowledge if not already occupied. CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 30 days prior to stay--100% refund less $50 booking deposit. Less than 30 days prior to stay--no refund. PLEASE NOTE: Pet fee: $50 flat fee, 1 pet up to 20 lbs.
