Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
Festivals and holidays are a three night minimum stay. Checkout at 10 am. Late Checkouts may be available with prior knowledge if not already occupied. Non Smoking Only — This is a non-smoking building with NO SMOKING of any kind on the interior or exterior of the building. Smoking is allowed on the rear grounds of the property only, with proper disposal of cigarette butts. Smoking on the building inside or out will result in a $300 fee.
