Coastal cottage features 300 Mbps internet (fastest available) for those who need to work or stream! Spectrum Premier package offers ESPN and other specialty channels. The house is around the corner from city park and is two blocks from boat ramp. Park 2 trucks and boat trailers on side yard and two or three additional vehicles in front. Room for multiple families to stay together. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants, shopping and more. Great spot for scalloping or fishing weekends. Contact free check in via coded lock makes check in/out a breeze. We are right around the corner if you need anything at all. No smoking except screen porch. Quiet historic neighborhood around corner from city park and walking about two blocks will get you to the downtown area.Walk, boat or live like the locals--rent a golf cart! (We recommend you do that in advance as busy weekends do sell out!)   Pet fee $50 per pet per stay: If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please contact us immediately.  Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.
