So much space for your family and up to two pets (additional charge of $45/night)! One of the larger rentals in the downtown area, there is major parking available here. Coastal cottage features 200 Mbps internet (fastest available) for those who need to work or stream! Spectrum Premier package offers ESPN and other specialty channels. The house is around the corner from city park and is two blocks from boat ramp. Park 2 trucks and boat trailers on side yard and two or three additional vehicles in front. Room for multiple families to stay together. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants, shopping and more. Great spot for scalloping or fishing weekends. Contact free check in via coded lock makes check in/out a breeze. We are right around the corner if you need anything at all. No smoking except screen porch. Quiet historic neighborhood around corner from city park and walking about two blocks will get you to the downtown area.Walk, boat or live like the locals--rent a golf cart! (We recommend you do that in advance as busy weekends do sell out!)   This is a pet friendly unit! Pet fee is as follows: Pet fee of $45 per night will be charged at booking or prior to check in, depending on which site you booked. $180 per week of after four nights or $420 per month. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please contact us immediately.  Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.

We have lived here on the island for over twenty years and are proud to be part of our community. We operate Southern Cross Sea Farms (fresh clams daily!), Salt Marsh Cottage, Cedar Key Country Store, and Pelican Realty. We are also developing the derelict buildings downtown for new retail and rental space. We are invested here and look forward to showing you what Cedar Key is all about!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE. Standard rate is for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps max of 10. This rental is offered for your personal use only, not for having large parties or houseguests. Please be courteous and book only for your personal use. Pets are welcome with a limit of two pets with maximum weight of 40 pounds each. Additional fee for every pet is required ($20.00 per pet per night, contact us for added fee request and for longer stay discount). No credits will be given for internet or TV outage, sorry--this is an island and it does happen from time to time! PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a discount for week-long or month-long visits.
