The bedroom boasts a comfortable king sized bed and it's own ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a combo tub/shower. There is also a half bath for your guests use adjacent to the living room. Speaking of extra guests, this unit sleeps up to 4 people with a pull out queen sofa available in the living room.Drink your coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening on the balcony where you will experience incredible water views with plenty of opportunity for bird watching! The balcony features comfortable seating to allow you to rest and unwind while enjoying spectacular nature scenery. Nature's Landing Condo Complex is exceptional and is the only complex on the island that features an elevator to make your stay easy! There is plenty of room for boat/trailer parking at the condo complex as well as a boat washing station and fish cleaning station. Enjoy the pool on hot summer days with plenty of space to BBQ on the grounds! Enjoy the nature trail to the dock, which is a great place to enjoy the water and nature watch. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
